A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Grace.
Welcome to Everyday Grace Guides.

I was born and raised in London, UK, where I still live today.
I’m a creative woman in my 60s – still curious, still growing, still becoming and evolving into who I am.

I value quiet strength, thoughtful living and lifelong learning.

I believe that midlife isn’t something to dread –
it’s a doorway to more.

More curiosity.
More clarity.
More freedom.
More you.

You might already know me from my YouTube channel, “Tea, Reflections and Still Becoming Grace”,
where I share quiet reflections about personal growth, creativity, slow living and life in general.

This site was borne from that channel and is like a practical companion to those videos.

The downloadable guides you’ll find here are small tools to help you embrace midlife your own way –
and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

🌿 Why I Created This Website

If you’ve spent most of your life tending to other people’s needs,
raising a family,
managing work and home,
caring for elderly parents,
holding it all together,
then maybe now, like me, you’ve reached a stage where there’s finally more time and space to think about yourself.

Maybe the kids are all grown up.
Maybe you’ve left (or are thinking about leaving) a job that no longer fits.
Maybe something has shifted inside –
and you’re ready to build a life that feels like yours.

I was looking around online… and I didn’t see much that spoke to the kind of woman  that I am.

I saw plenty of sites focusing on menopause and “midlife crisis”.
Plenty of outdated stereotypes: grey cardigans, decline, invisibility.

But where was the vibrancy?
The creativity?
The freedom?

I wanted a site that feels more like me –
not a “60-something” defined by labels, loss, fading, or slowing down,
but a woman in her prime:
real, wise, active, curious, stylish, fully alive, and refreshingly modern.

So, I created Everyday Grace Guides – a space that focuses on the positive side of midlife.

This isn’t about denying age or the aging process.
It’s about celebrating maturity with modernity, grace, and vitality.

This isn’t a site for women who are “slowing down” just because they have to.

It’s for women who choose a slower pace because they want to, because it brings joy, clarity, and depth.

It’s for women who may have aches in their knees,
but still light up at the idea of:
a new walk
a new destination
a new beginning
a new idea
a new adventure
a new purpose
a new dream.

Women who are older in years –
but young and curious in spirit, mind, and desire.

This is “our time” now.

The downloadable guides and exploration pages here are full of insights and inspiration.

They’re designed to support you on your journey –
not with noise or pressure,
but with quiet clarity and purpose.

Thank you for being here.

With warmth,
Grace
